They've Railroaded Bernard von NotHaus

FBI, Charlotte Division - Bernard von NotHaus, the founder of libertydollar.org ("Site removed due to court order") has been convicted on four counts, and faces a sentence of up to 25 years and $750,000 in fines. Also, the fedgoons intend to legally justify their former theft of $7 million of Liberty Dollar assets.

FIJA reminds us: Judge Misinforms Jury in Liberty Dollar Trial. Had the jury been properly informed of their age-old right and duty to judge the alleged law as well as the alleged law-breaker, they might have taken more than two hours, and they damn well should have acquitted Mr. von NotHaus, with prejudice.

But this takes the cake (from the FBI story):

"Attempts to undermine the legitimate currency of this country are simply a unique form of domestic terrorism," U.S. Attorney Tompkins said in announcing the verdict. "While these forms of anti-government activities do not involve violence, they are every bit as insidious and represent a clear and present danger to the economic stability of this country," she added. "We are determined to meet these threats through infiltration, disruption, and dismantling of organizations which seek to challenge the legitimacy of our democratic form of government."

No, Ms. Tompkins. YOU are the domestic terrorist. You participate every day in a massive conspiracy to kidnap and cage peaceful people for hurting nobody. May you rot in hell.
