Lit Motors' C-1 electric motorcycle will stand up for itself
Ben Coxworth at gizmag - Lit Motors is building a two-wheeled electric commuting car. Gyro-balanced so it stays vertical when stopped and also if hit. Primarily a one-passenger vehicle, but a second passenger can sit behind the driver for short trips. Top speed of 120mph. Range of 150-220 miles per charge. They expect to ship in late 2013 at an initial price of $24k, which they expect to come down to $16k in full production in 2014. Neat idea. Expensive.
