The amendment (No. 4615), as modified, is as follows:

On page 127, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following:

SEC. 540. PROHIBITION ON CONFISCATION OF FIREARMS.

None of the funds appropriated by this Act shall be used for the seizure of a firearm based on the existence of a declaration or state of emergency.

Dear Senator in Name Only,

I see from roll call vote #202 that you voted against S.AMDT.4615 to forbid confiscation of guns in an emergency. Emergencies are times when people most need tools to defend their lives from criminals. If you would allow the "authorities" to steal defensive tools at such times, you are yourself a heinous criminal, guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery, assault, and murder. You will resign your position in the Senate. Now.
