Mark Edward Marchiafava Got His Gun Back
Nicki Fellenzer - some good news. The Lousiana man who was arrested and had his gun confiscated for carrying openly got his gun and his bail money back. Nicki, and I, hope that our efforts had something to do with it, but it may have just been the wheels of "justice" grinding slowly on. Mr. Machiafava got no satisfaction from Capt. Sammy Pasqua of the Gonzales Police Department, who made it clear, on tape, that he considers the legality of open carry to be at the discretion of his police officers. [nicki]

Congrat's to uncle Mark for winning a small part of his "war". Some say he is unstable and crazy, but he is right in everyway. As americans we should be proud that he has fought the state and the government to uphold the law and our rights.
