Columba at Doing Freedom! - Buying Guns Off-Paper - some ideas for getting guns without filling out any federal paperwork that would allow the BATFE to find you when your dealer goes out of business or they decide to "request" a look at his 4473s. One legal option is muzzle loaders, which require no paperwork, and can be ordered through the mail, as should be, but isn't currently, the case for all guns. Interesting to me, living in New York state where you cannot legally purchase a non-"antique" handgun without obtaining a license and registering each one, is the following (you can have the gun, but it's a Class A misdemeanor [up to a year in prison] to possess cap, ball, powder, and gun together without a license). Taylor Firearms sells Remington 1858 revolver reproductions and R&D Gun Shop Cylinders (5728 E County RD X, Beloit, WI 53511-9546, 608-676-5628) to convert them from .44 black powder cap and ball to .45LC. The revolvers are pretty cheap at $200 to $275, but the cylinders cost just as much. You can get the high-end stainless steel model and one cylinder for $525. A little steep, and not a bear killer, but 460 foot pounds of security without a paper trail. Navy arms also sells 1858 clones for similar prices. Cabelas has a large selection, including some with an adjustable rear sight (most of these revolvers do NOT have adjustable sights). Note that the cylinders on different reproductions are slightly different, so you need to buy a replacement cylinder that matches your gun. Cheaper Than Dirt sells Traditions and Connecticut Valley Arms black powder revolvers. Clear Creek has Pieta Revolvers for $139 to $150 (not stainless). Rick Stanley, Constitutional Activist, and former 2002 U.S. Senate Candidate, gave the following written release to the media:

THE RESISTANCE

This website (www.stanley2002.org) is dedicated to returning America to a constitutional government. To those inside and outside of the government, that has overthrown America, turning our beloved country into the Police State of America, I have this to say: "We will destroy what you are doing. Millions of us, individuals and yet great numbers of Americans, who are Patriots to the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence: "WE THE PEOPLE, will not be dominated and enslaved by the unconstitutional actions of those in government who are breaking the supreme law of the land under the guise of "color of law."

You have accepted "OUR" power and with each step you take outside the boundaries of the People's law to those of you in the government, and your continuing arrogance in violating your oath of office to defend the U.S. Constitution through the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the government, is TREASON. The U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence are OUR guiding documents of retribution. Read them carefully. America demands that each and every act by all three branches of this unconstitutional government since 1789 be renounced and overturned. "WE THE PEOPLE" will accept nothing less. Each and every one of you will one day be put on trial in the COURT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. If you don't do this, we know who you are. From the highest to the lowest level of government, you will be picked out."

May God have mercy on your souls.

Sincerely,
Rick Stanley

Edgar J. Steele - You Get What You Need - Americans say they want freedom, but what they've gotten, hence what they must in some sinister way need, is fascism. Don't listen to the newspeak. Don't trust anything the press or the government says. Disobey. Defy. Be Free.

Even so, we must speak out and defy the fascism that the American government has become. We must disobey, for there is nothing else that we can do. "Disobedience, in the eyes of any one who has read history, is man's original virtue. It is through disobedience that progress has been made, through disobedience and rebellion." (Oscar Wilde)
