Creditwrench concerns how to deal with collection agencies without giving up your rights. They're not selling magic. The only way out of your credit problems is to pay your creditors. But they may help you keep the collections vermin in line with the law.

AP via Fox News - Bush Gives Qualified Support to Assault Weapons Ban Extension - Diane Feinstein introduced on Thursday S. 1034, "A bill to repeal the sunset date on the assault weapons ban, to ban the importation of large capacity ammunition feeding devices, and for other purposes." The bill is cosponsored by the usual cast of traitorous scum: Barbara Boxer [CA], Lincoln D. Chafee [RI], Richard J. Durbin [IL], James M. Jeffords [VT], Edward M. Kennedy [MA], Frank R. Lautenberg [NJ], John F. Reed [RI], Charles E. Schumer [NY]. The bill text is not yet available from Thomas. White House spokesman Ari Fleischer claims that Bushnev supports it. Hang 'im. I sent the following to Chuck Schumer, New York's senior senator: [smith2004]

Mr. Schumer,

I see that you are a cosponsor of Dianne Feinstein's S.1034, "A bill to repeal the sunset date on the assault weapons ban, to ban the importation of large capacity ammunition feeding devices, and for other purposes." Too bad. We the people need every military weapon we can get to defend our country from terrorists, and from tyrants like you.

I have strong opinions about our right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the second amendment. These are well expressed by two quotes from L. Neil Smith:

"Every man, woman, and responsible child has an unalienable individual, civil, Constitutional, and human right to obtain, own, and carry, openly or concealed, any weapon -- rifle, shotgun, handgun, machinegun, ANYTHING -- any time, any place, without asking anyone's permission."

"Reread that pesky first clause of the Second Amendment. It doesn't say what ANY of us thought it said. What it says is that infringing the right of the people to keep and bear arms is treason. What else do you call an act that endangers "the security of a free state"? And if it's treason, then it's punishable by death. I suggest due process, speedy trials, and public hangings."

Change your ways sir, before it's too late.
