JMaze Applet

I have learned so much from God
That I can no longer call myself
a Christian, a Hindu, a Muslim, a Buddhist, a Jew.

The Truth has shared so much of Itself with me
That I can no longer call myself
a man, a woman, an angel, or even a pure soul.

Love has befriended Hafiz.

It has turned to ash and freed me
Of every concept and image my mind has ever known.

I made my Java maze program into an Applet, so that you can try it out over the web. The library is still only 7.5K, so it should load pretty quickly, even over a modem. Try it out at billstclair.com/jmaze/jmaze.html.

Raymond K. Paden - Sundown at Coffin Rock - a moving short story that's been making its way around the net for a few years now. Hopefully, we'll shoot the bastards before this happens. I'd prefer to vote them out, but I agree with Claire Wolfe that it's too late for that. [huntersagainstterrorists]

I sent the following message to the Opera team via their contact page:

I'm sending this message to give a hearty congratulations to the entire Opera team on Opera 7.0. The speed, the new features, the M2 email client, everything is first rate. You've redefined the Web Browser. To put it more succinctly:

WOW!!!

I have already thanked you in a way that may be nearer and dearer to your hearts. I purchased the upgrade. I have been a proud paying Opera user since version 2 (or was it 1). Worth every penny and then some.

I have also been a proud Eudora user for the past ten years. Until now. Goodbye Eudora. Hello M2!

Thank you.

Not In Our Name intends to print a two-page ad in the New York Times next Monday, January 27. They are requesting donations to cover their costs. Their Statement of Conscience against the Bushnev war machine has been signed by over 40,000 people, including yours truly.

CNS News - Libertarians Launch 'Guns For Tots' Drive - after clicking the link, search for "Tots". The NYC LP knows how to make a point about the absurdity of the city council's proposed toy gun ban. Hehe. [smith2004]

Two Tigers Online - National Homeland Security Knowledgebase - a wealth of homeland security related links, mostly to government agencies.
