Jeremy McDermott at The Telegraph - Venezuela's socialist-in-chief has decided to starve his country by implementing production quotas and price controls, guaranteeing that the companies producing their food will go out of business, leaving the people to rely on the black market, at greatly increased prices. What an idiot! When will they ever learn?
