The 1099 Tsunami

Gary North at LewRockwell.com - hidden in the ObamaCare bill was the requirement for businesses to file a 1099 form every time they purchase something for more than $600. Mr. North recommends that they do exactly that, on paper, filled in by hand. Then challenge every i.r.s. ruling, again, on paper, filled in by hand. Bury the bastards with paper.

As all such initiatives, it

As all such initiatives, it could only work if there were lots of people doing that. Unfortunately it's not likely to happen :(

Still, good thing to do anyways - I always file on paper and staple all the forms together... multiple times. =D

What damn business is it of the Feds?

What damn business is it of the Federal Government if a private business should purchase $600 worth of goods? Where in the constitution does it say this is required?

Sounds like tax law to me that is not backed by the constitution.

Just another way to control the people and work them to death.
