GovTrack.us reports on H.R. 2755, "To abolish the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, and for other purposes." This bill was introduced by Ron Paul on June 15, with no cosponsors, and referred to the House Committee on Financial Services, where it will almost certainly die. The bill's text is not yet available from Thomas, but it is likely a copy of
H.R. 2778 from the 108th Congress. Dr. Paul's introductory remarks on H.R. 2755 are here.
