It Just HAS To Be Ignorance...

GeekWithA.45 - the left refuses to believe that conservatives beleive what they believe for rational reasons. [geekwitha.45]

They wriggled and contorted, bending themselves into pretzels to avoid the one conclusion they could not face: That I had arrived at my verdicts as the result of diligence, thought, careful research, applied intelligence, and had concientiously weighed the evidence to arrive at conclusions radically different from their own.

This frightens them to the core.

One commentor began:

I am ashamed to admit that in my younger years I cast many votes for Democrats, and a few for Republicans. I never voted party line (don't have to here in Wisconsin), but I voted for individuals who's campaign positions best fit my own.

And then Clinton got into office.

I replied:

I am ashamed to admit that in my younger years I cast many votes.

Would you be equally as frightened to learn that my contention that government doesn't work, can't work, is the result of similar diligence, thought, and careful research. That I have stopped voting because I realize that participating in the wanton violence of the state is not only immoral, but has no benefits for me or anybody I care about.
