# Vin Suprynowicz at the Las Vegas Review Journal - Why is Alan Yurko still in jail? - the rest of last week's story. It appears that Alan Yurko will finally be getting out of jail, no thanks to prosecutors who wanted to keep him there even though his innocence had been proved and his sentence vacated by a judge. He ended up pleeding guilty to manslaughter and serving three more years in prison to avoid the expense of defending himself against the prosecutor's appeal. It was manslaughter to allow his infant son to be killed by the immunizations given at birth by the hospital. Well, that happens to be true, but is certainly not the mainstream opinion on immunization. And even after those three years, Mr. Yurko's ordeal wasn't over. He is scheduled for release from an Ohio prison today.

# Militant Libertarian - Tsunami Victims You Won't Hear About - we Americans who had $350 of our hard-earned money stolen at threat of death and sent by our government to Asia. Good cause? Certainly. Justifies armed robbery? Nope. [militant]

# Cat Farmer at The Price of Liberty Fairy Godmother Government - nice rant. [price]
