Home and Ornery

I'm back home after a whirlwind trip to Myrtle Beach. Drank lots of coffee on the trip home to keep me awake at the wheel. Too much coffee. I'm tired and ornery today. So, what else is new?

Doing Freedom! has had their domain hijacked. Their web site is now at http://202.139.165.17/. I updated my links page. Sunni says that a new issue is forthcoming.

There's a new issue of The Libertarian Enterprise. I haven't read the whole thing yet.

There's a new article in The Libertarian series by Vin Suprynowicz:

  • "'For handing out constitutional propaganda'" - another jury rights activist was threatened with contempt of court charges for handing out "constitutional propaganda", the Citizens Rule Book. The judge dropped the charges, hopefully because he realized the absurdity of his actions. We need jury nullification in a big way to rid the country of a host of blatantly unconstitutional laws. The purpose of the jury is to prevent tyranny by the king.
