Trello
Trello is a different kind of to-do list manager. It organizes things as Boards, Lists, and Cards. Boards have Lists. Lists have Cards. Cards can have Members, Labels, Comments, Checklists, a Due Date, and Attachments. You can move Cards between Lists, with either menus or drag-and-drop. You can assign view and edit permissions to other people or organizations. You can create organizations of people. It's web-based, free, and FAST! You can pay $5/month or $45/year to get more features or to update an Organization to "Business Class". Besides running on your computer in any modern browser, there are apps for iPhone, iPad, Android (& Kindle Fire), and Windows 8. Nicely done!
Trello is made by Joel Spolsky's Fog Creek Software.
Oh me... that sounds
Oh me... that sounds so complicated. I had to keep a "daytimer" when I was working. Tried various electronic forms, but spent too much time programming them and always went back to paper and pen.
I love being retired the best. If I need to remember something I write a brief note and attach it to the refrigerator with a magnet. Works like a charm. :)
