Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act Proves Useful
In two cases, in Los Angeles and in Washington, DC, judges have dismissed lawsuits against gun manufacturers, citing the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. Most of these cases were being dismissed without this legislation, bogus on their face as they are, but I'm glad to see it speeding up the process. [2am]
