Airport profilers: They're watching your expressions
Paul Shukovsky at The Seattle Post-Intelligencer - when a TSA agent asks you simple questions, it's tiny hints of evasiveness, not your answers, that will cause them to "select" you for more intense scrutiny.
I posted the following comment:
I wonder if the Taking Scissors Away goons are trained well enough to see that every time I look at one of them I'm thinking, "Die, Nazi scum!"
Airport sekurity is just a rehearsal for mall sekurity and state border highway sekurity and "Papers, please" any time any jack-booted Police State Amerika thug decides to impose his authority.
You who think it's your place to keep me safe whether I want you to or not will very soon have to watch your own backs. I'll be one of the last to attack you. I prefer to avoid you, like the plague. But Joe Six-pack will one day soon have had enough of your tyranny.
I don't know who brought down the World Trade Center towers. But I do know that if their goal was to destroy America, they have been successful. But not because they knocked down a couple of buildings and killed a few thousand people. No, 9/11 was America's Reichstag fire. It has been used as justification for one enabling act after another. We are now terrorized every day by our very own Gestapo, the Department of Homeland Security. Heil Bushnev!
Re: your comments on the TSA
Don't know if I'm on the no fly list. Last time I was on an airplane was over two years ago, IIRC. As far as I know, the only way to find out if you're on the no fly list is to attempt to buy a ticket. My mother's funeral is about the only thing I can think of that would cause me to fly, and she may well outlive me.

Have you made it to the top of the do not fly list yet?
