Vin Suprynowicz at The Las Vegas Review-Journal - They don't tolerate competing drug dealers - the gummint schools, that is.
I've always said the government schools should not be allowed to say they "don't tolerate drugs." In fact, they simply don't tolerate competing drug dealers.

Education is far too important to be left to the crippling depredations of government bureaucrats, paralyzed by their procedures.
