End the War on Freedom

Remember, when we attack them without provocation, it's called "Operation Enduring Freedom", but when they fight back, it's called "Terrorism".

According to Professor Ayoub all of major religious authorites in the Islamic world have issued official declarations binding on all Moslems declaring that an attack on Iraq is to be considered an attack on Islam and that all Moslems should respond by attacking American and British institutions wherever possible. The important religious scholars of Egypt and Saudi Arabia and even Iran have issued official fatwahs.

Professor Ayoub advises Americans to keep a low profile.

In 1915 when such a fatwah was issued against Great Britain for attacking Turkey, two seventy year old Turkish workers who had lived in Australia for decades took their rifles and fought to the death although completely isolated and in a hopeless position.

Professor Ayoub says that agreement of all of these religious authorities is unprecedented.

Further to numerous news stories about the presence of US, British and Australian special forces inside Iraq, fresh reports seem to suggest the American-led offensive already started last Friday.

Usually well informed DEBKA FILE reports that US and British commandos crossed into Iraq from Kuwait, occupying a number of Iraqi oil fields. In addition, Western aircraft started flying some 600 bombing sorties per day. Strategic B1 bombers have been used against targets positioned outside the 'no fly zones' without any attempt to disguise the new attacks.

The trap was set long ago, yet the bait hadn't been placed... until now. We now know the lure to this elaborate trap, known as FEMA's 'relocation' camps, is 'safety' from terrorism. We know that the admitted procedure in case of a chemical, biological, or radiological attack is to declare a national state of emergency and implement martial law, which gives dictatorial power to the president. Let us not forget Executive Order 11000 which provides for the seizure of all American people for work forces under Federal supervision, (splitting up families where necessary.) This Executive Order was signed by JFK forty years ago. Could this order, among others have caused him to state ten days before he was assassinated: 'The high office of the president has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American's freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this plight'? Well, these work forces are still standard operating procedure if martial law is declared, and since another terrorist attack has been guaranteed by our own intelligence agencies, martial law is therefore inevitable as well. There is also the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act which, recently enacted, will allow quarantines and forced vaccination. Strangely, this act also allows for the commandeering of drugs and firearms. Why would a gun-grabbing law be placed in a bill about vaccinations and medication confiscation?

With the Lady gone, Big Brother can create a memorial honoring the New Liberty of diversity, privilege, and empire -- the New Liberty, where sacrifice to government goals is our true calling, where patriotism is obedience to state decree, where government-business cabals determine who will be expended for special interests; the New Liberty, where unrestrained government power is our only hope for freedom.

The form of this new memorial will follow politically enlightened lines. There will be more than one person standing on the pedestal; one representing government will be superior to the others; the government person could be a popular politician like Hillary Clinton; the inferior statues will gaze gratefully at their superior; all will be minorities. The government statue will bear a thunderbolt in her hand instead of a torch. The government statue's eyes will be anything but "mild." A representative from The Weekly Standard will author the pedestal inscription. And most critical of all, the memorial will be built at taxpayer expense.

As of right now I'd swap George Bush for Jacques Chirac in a New York second and throw in Donald "Reckless Mouth" Rumsfeld as a bonus. French President Chirac might have a rascally side, but he at least has better sense than to light a match to see what's in that gasoline tank called the Middle East. I fear those "serious consequences" referred to in United Nations Resolution 1441 will apply to us as well as to Saddam Hussein.
