The Righteous Stuff: Thoughts on "The Da Vinci Code"
L. Neil Smith at Random - Neil likes Dan Brown's story. So do I. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie this weekend. He can't understand why the powers that be in the Catholic Church have such big problems with it. Neither can I. It's fiction. It's a good adventure story.

Dan Brown
I read a couple of D. Brown's books but not The Da Vinci Code. If that book is anything like the other two he does not pay close attention to detail. He confused a bit with a byte in one of the books.
The Da Vinci Code may be fiction but fiction like the book "Lila..." by Robert Pirsig. I do think Jesus is what he said he is. Problem is he never wrote anything down or appeared on Hardball or The O'Reily Factor.
